We have heard from several parents having problems logging in to their RenWeb ParentsWeb page. Tip #1: RenWeb does not work on Safari internet browser. We recommend downloading Firefox web browser and it's free. Click here for the link!  Tip #2: Be patient! The initial loading of your family/student information takes a long time! It may seem that it's frozen, but keep waiting, and it will eventually finish loading. Each time you load the page after that, it's faster.
